Coaching Objectives *Please outline your goals for our sessions, focusing on the key areas you wish to improve or challenges you want to address. These objectives will guide our coaching journey together.

Coaching Agreement *

Session Logistics:

The duration of each session will be 50 minutes.
The number of sessions will depend on the selected package. Additional sessions are available at $75 each.

Fees and Payment:

The coaching fee is based on the selected package, payable monthly in advance.
Preferred payment methods are online transactions, including Venmo and PayPal.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations or no-shows are subject to the full cost of the session. Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice.

Exceptions include situations where there is a risk of harm to the client or others.

Commitment and Boundaries:

You are making a commitment to active participation with the coach providing support.
Professional and respectful relationship should be maintained at all times.
Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
